Shipping
Shipping time varies depending on the geographic location of the destination. In addition to travel time, production time must also be considered.
Each item is made to order and normally takes between 2 to 5 working days to create and ship the item, with delivery times being as follows:
Portugal, United Kingdom: Shipping within 2 - 6 working days
USA: Shipping within 5 - 10 business days
Europe, Canada and Asia: Shipping within 5 - 10 business days
Rest of the world: Shipping within 5 - 15 business days
Shipping times are approximate and depend on country location, carriers and customs practices.
Although we do our best to ensure that production and deliveries are made within the deadlines indicated, we cannot 100% guarantee the deadlines indicated above.
Returns
As all personalized items are unique and exclusively created for each customer, we only accept returns that comply with our guarantee.
- I received a message that my order was shipped, but I still haven't received it. What do I do?

- I ordered several items but only received one. And now?
Do not worry. If you placed an order and only received one of the items, please wait patiently for the remaining items that you will receive shortly. We use this separate shipping method so that the customer receives the products as quickly as possible.
