USA: Shipping within 5 - 10 business days
Europe, Canada and Asia: Shipping within 5 - 10 business days
Rest of the world: Shipping within 5 - 15 business days

Returns
As all personalized items are unique and exclusively created for each customer, we only accept returns that comply with our guarantee.

Do not worry. If you placed an order and only received one of the items, please wait patiently for the remaining items that you will receive shortly. We use this separate shipping method so that the customer receives the products as quickly as possible.
