1. APPLICABILITY OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.1 Each order made to Capas & Accessories over the Internet will be governed by these Terms and Conditions. These apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 By using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and Internet Privacy Policy. Capas & Accessories invites you to carefully read the content of this Privacy Policy before using the services provided on this website.

1.3 Capas & Accessories reserves the right, at any time, to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

1.4. Some services available on this website are provided by third-party companies contracted for the purpose, in the name and on behalf of Capas & Accessories, namely for the transport of purchased goods.

2. REGISTRATION

2.1 When registering on this website, you must ensure that the mandatory information provided is correct and complete.

2.2 We request that you inform Capas & Accessories about address changes or others, updating without delay, your personal details on this website.

3. PASSWORD

3.1 When registering to use this website, you will be asked to create a password (password). You must keep it strictly confidential, not disclosing it or sharing it with third parties.

3.2 You are fully responsible for the use of your password as well as any orders placed with it, even without your knowledge.

3.3 If you know or suspect that someone has known or used your password, you must immediately inform Capas & Accessories through the Customer Service Line or send an email to suporte@capasacessorios.pt

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS

4.1 Capas & Accessories offers several payment methods, such as: Multibanco (Entity and Reference), MB Way, Paypal and other alternative means.

5. ORDERS

5.1 By placing an order through this website, you have unreservedly accepted the Capas & Accessories Terms and Conditions.

6. PRICES

6.1 The prices paid for the items you order are those displayed on this website at the time the order is placed, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs that will be indicated before finalizing your order.

7. DEADLINE

7.1 Items Immediate Delivery:                                                                                       

After confirming payment, the order will be delivered to your home within 2 to 5 business days. When the shipment is made, you will receive information about the tracking by message/email.

7.2 Items made to order: 

It has a delivery time between 12 and 30 working days. Please always check the product description for more detailed information.

8. VERIFICATION OF THE MERCHANDISE

8.1 Any package must be checked upon delivery and its acceptance assumes that it is in perfect condition. If you verify, upon receipt, that the packaging is damaged, it must be rejected. Then inform the Customer Service Line.

8.2 Capas & Accessories is not responsible for any damage, loss or misplacement resulting from the transport of any order.

9. RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION AND RETURN

9.1 Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 143/2011 of April 26, in contracts concluded at a distance, products purchased on this site can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The customer has 14 days after receipt to cancel the purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The cost of return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We will refund the value of the returned products within a maximum period of 7 working days after receiving the return, only if the products are returned under the aforementioned conditions. Customized or made-to-order items are not covered by the online store's returns policy.

2. Return of the complete item, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition;
3. Return Period: Up to the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery.

10. EXCHANGES

10.1 If you want an exchange, except for situations resulting from a defect or a mistake on the part of Capas & Accessories, the shipping costs inherent in the exchange will always be borne by the customer. We do not accept the exchange of personalized or made-to-order items. 

11. REFUNDS

11.1 We do not issue refunds in cash. We issue a voucher that you can use at any time.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

12.1 Capas & Accessories will make all reasonable efforts to fulfill its obligations. However, Capas & Accessories cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural catastrophes or others, which make it impossible to transport or deliver products.

13. WARRANTY

13.1 Mobile phone covers do not have any type of guarantee, except in the case of being defective or damaged upon receipt. Batteries have a warranty period of 6 months, considering good usage practices.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Porto.
